Refund Policy

We aim to keep pricing simple and transparent. Some features include a one-time $1 payment processed by Stripe. Because this fee covers processing and infrastructure, it is generally non-refundable. However, we do provide refunds in the cases below.
We will refund if:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized payment — you didn’t authorize the transaction.
- Service failure — payment succeeded but the feature didn’t deliver (e.g., bracket failed to generate and we can’t fix it promptly).
- Wrong amount — you were charged more than the disclosed price.
Not typically refundable:
- Change of mind after a successful purchase.
- Outcome preferences (e.g., you didn’t like seeding or results, but the tool worked as designed).
How to request a refund
Please contact us within 14 days so we can review quickly.
- Go to the Contact page and include:
- Date/time of purchase and the email used at checkout.
- Your league ID(s) related to the purchase.
- Stripe receipt or last 4 chars of the Stripe receipt ID (if available).
- Brief description of the issue (duplicate, unauthorized, failure, etc.).
If approved, refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Disputes / chargebacks
Please reach out to us first—most issues are faster to resolve directly. If a card dispute is opened, we’ll provide Stripe with the same details above.
Changes
We may update this policy as our service evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
